SimplifyLocal reads each job your crew marks Completed in Housecall Pro and writes its page from the notes and photos. Nothing changes in Housecall Pro.

1. **Connect Housecall Pro.** A one-time step of about five minutes. The last three months of finished jobs then come in over time, and their pages follow as each one is written.
2. **A job is marked Completed in Housecall Pro.** Your crew closes out the job the way they already do.
3. **The page is published.** It publishes to yourcompany.com/work, and Google Business Profile posts go out on a steady schedule, drawn from your best jobs.

## What you need

- **The MAX plan** The connection SimplifyLocal uses is part of Housecall Pro's MAX plan. On a lower plan you'd need to upgrade first.
- **An admin's login** Someone with the admin role in Housecall Pro, for about five minutes.
- **Your website** A website you or your web person can get into.
- **Site builders we don't support** Websites built on Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy Website Builder or Shopify aren't currently compatible with SimplifyLocal.

### What Housecall Pro data does it use?

The job's service type, location, completion date, the work description, and the photos attached to the job. That's what each page is built from. The street, the customer's name and the price stay off the page.

### Who owns the pages?

You do. You get a full export when you ask, and if you ever leave, your published pages stay on your website while you move them. After that, you can host them yourself, keep them hosted with us (we'll quote it when you ask), or take them offline.
