Can I cancel? Yes and yes. It's a one-year contract, and you can cancel at day 60 if you're not satisfied, owing nothing on the remaining months. After day 60, you're in for the year. ### What happens if I want to leave? You get a full export of every page, photo, and post. Your published pages stay on your site while you move them: 90 days when the contract ends, or 30 days if you leave at day 60. After that, you can host them yourself, keep them hosted with us (we'll quote it when you ask), or take them offline. If you leave at day 60, the pilot fee isn't refunded, and you owe nothing on the remaining months. ### What's the difference between paying annually and paying monthly? Same contract, same features. What changes is how you pay, and paying annually costs less. Paid monthly: The first two months are due up front to get started, and monthly invoices begin after those two months. Paid annually: A lower price, with the pilot fee due when you sign and the rest at day 60. ### What if I have more jobs than my tier covers? Nothing stops. Extra jobs still get their pages, and they're billed at your tier's overage rate at the end of the month. Job pages are added to your own website, so that your business gets the credit and reputation boost from search engines. No website yet? We'll help you figure out the right first step on the demo call. ### How long does setup take? It only takes a few hours of your time over the first week or two. You connect your scheduling software, we link your Google accounts, and we tune your first pages together so every page after follows. After that, there's nothing you have to do. Google doesn't promise when it will add new pages to its search results, so nobody can say exactly how long it will take.
