Terms of service.
The terms that govern your use of the SimplifyLocal marketing site: acceptable use, intellectual property, marketing claims, and governing law.
Last reviewed May 19, 2026
Scope
These terms govern your use of the SimplifyLocal marketing site at simplifylocal.app: the public-facing pages, the waitlist form, the integration-request form, the contact form, and any other pages and forms that are part of that surface.
These terms are not the service agreement that governs the SimplifyLocal product. If you sign up as a customer and use SimplifyLocal to connect your field-service software and generate project pages, a separate written service agreement covers that relationship. The terms on this page do not create, modify, or supersede that service agreement.
By accessing or using the marketing site, you agree to these terms. If you are using the marketing site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to agree on the business’s behalf.
Acceptable use
You may use the marketing site for lawful purposes, including learning about SimplifyLocal, signing up to the waitlist, requesting an integration, and getting in touch.
Please do not:
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to submit the waitlist, integration-request, or contact forms. These forms exist for human visitors. Automated submissions waste our capacity and distort our integration roadmap.
- Scrape or systematically copy content from the marketing site for the purpose of building a competing product or competitive database.
- Use the marketing site in a way that interferes with its operation or that imposes an unreasonable load on its infrastructure.
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on the site.
- Attempt to access any part of the site’s infrastructure that is not intended for public access.
If we identify a pattern of abuse, we may block access without notice.
Intellectual property
The marketing site’s text, design, graphics, trademarks, and the SimplifyLocal name and logo are owned by SimplifyLocal LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the marketing site’s content without our written permission, except for the normal incidental copying that happens when you browse a website or share a link.
Content generated for customers inside the SimplifyLocal product (the project pages, photos, and GBP posts generated from completed job data) belongs to the customer, not to SimplifyLocal. That ownership arrangement is governed by the separate product service agreement, not by these terms.
Marketing claims and disclaimers
The marketing site describes what SimplifyLocal is designed to do. Descriptions of how the product works (publishing project pages, indexing them in Google, posting to Google Business Profile) reflect the mechanism we have built and the outcomes we aim for. They are not guarantees of specific search rankings, lead volume, or business results.
We work hard to keep the marketing site accurate, but product details, pricing, and availability may change. Current and authoritative details about pricing, pilot terms, and the service agreement are confirmed during the sales conversation and documented in the written agreement you receive before signing up.
The marketing site may include links to third-party websites (for example, integration partners or referenced tools). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. A link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
The marketing site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplifyLocal LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the marketing site. This includes loss resulting from inaccuracies in the marketing site’s content, downtime, or your reliance on information presented here before entering into a separate service agreement.
Nothing in this section limits SimplifyLocal’s liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve by email goes to the state or federal courts in Georgia.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page and post a notice on the marketing site. Because the marketing site does not require sign-in, we cannot email visitors directly when terms change.
