SimplifyLocal

Your finished jobs bring your next ones.

SimplifyLocal sits between your scheduling software and your local search presence. Every completed job becomes a page on your own website, and Google Business Profile posts go out on a steady schedule alongside. More work means more pages, which means more searches you show up for.

The flywheel

Work in. Marketing out. More work in.

Your crew completes a job in your scheduling software.
Your work lands in two places: a new page on your site, and steady posts on your Google Business Profile.
Fresh pages and steady posts tell Google you are active, lifting your ranking on the local map.
A new customer searches for what you do nearby and books a job.

↻ More jobs feed the loop

The cycle in detail

  1. Connect your scheduler. One-time integration with Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan. We read completed jobs; we never write back.

  2. Draft from real jobs. Every job that closes becomes a draft page from the address, work performed, and crew photos. Nothing publishes yet.

  3. Approve the draft. About 30 seconds per page. Tweak copy, swap photos, or send the draft back. Human review is the quality gate.

  4. Publish to your site. The page goes live at a URL on your own website. The URL, the content, and any rankings it earns are yours.

  5. GBP posts go out. Google Business Profile posts go out on a steady schedule, built from your real jobs. Not one post for every job.

  6. Pages stack up. Each new job adds another page on your site. After a few weeks you show up for suburb + service searches no agency could cover.

What we promise (and what we do not)

We promise the mechanism. Completed jobs become pages, pages get published on your domain, pages get indexed, GBP posts go out on a steady cadence from your real jobs. The 60-day paid pilot is built around two numbers: 80% of your completed jobs delivered to your review queue as drafts, and 80% of your published pages indexed in Google Search Console by day 60. Miss either and you can walk.

We do not promise specific rankings, specific traffic numbers, or a guaranteed lift in booked jobs. Local search is a system we feed; we do not control it. What we control is the input quality (real jobs, real photos, real addresses) and the publish cadence. That is the bet.
