SimplifyLocal

Works with Housecall Pro · Live today

More calls from the jobs you already close in Housecall Pro.

SimplifyLocal connects to your Housecall Pro account and turns every completed job into a project page on your own website, built to be found by homeowners searching for that service in that neighborhood. You approve every page before it goes live.

How the integration works.

A job gets marked complete in Housecall Pro.

That's the whole trigger. Your crew closes out the job the way they already do, photos attached. Nobody fills out anything extra.

We draft a project page from the job.

The address area, the work performed, and the photos your crew took become a draft page written for the service and neighborhood the job happened in.

You approve it.

About 30 seconds, from your phone or the office. Tweak the copy, swap a photo, or send it back. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.

It goes live on your own website.

The page publishes at yourcompany.com/work. Your domain, your URLs, your rankings. Google Business Profile posts go out on a steady schedule from the same jobs.

Where this fits next to what you may already use.

Already using a review tool?

Keep it. Review tools handle your reputation; SimplifyLocal builds the pages that get you found in the first place. Most review tools put a widget on your site. We publish real, indexable pages on your domain, one per job. Different layer, no overlap.

Paying an agency?

Agencies write content about your trade. SimplifyLocal publishes pages about your actual jobs, automatically, at a fraction of a typical retainer. And everything we make is yours to keep, which is not how most agency contracts work.

Common questions.

Is the Housecall Pro integration live today?

Yes. Housecall Pro is our launch integration and it's running in production now.

Does SimplifyLocal write anything to my Housecall Pro account?

No. We read completed jobs and we never write back. Your Housecall Pro data stays exactly as your team entered it.

What Housecall Pro data does it use?

The job's service type, location, completion date, the work description, and the photos attached to the job. That's what each page is built from.

Do I need a new website?

No. Your pages publish to your existing website under a /work path. Setup is a one-time snippet our team installs with you during onboarding, whatever your site is built on.

Who owns the pages?

You do, unconditionally. Full export on request, and if you ever leave, your pages stay live on your domain through a 90-day grace window while you choose to rehost, stay on continued hosting, or archive.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $499/month on an annual contract, with a 60-day paid pilot and a contractual exit clause if we miss our delivery and indexation bar. Onboarding is included. See the pricing page for tiers.

Pricing details are on the pricing page.
