Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

Yes, it's a one-year contract. You can pay monthly across twelve invoices, or prepay the year for a 10% discount. The early exit is the 60-day paid pilot: at day 60 you sit down with the founder and review everything that shipped. If you're not satisfied, you exit the contract with no further obligation on the remaining months. Your judgment makes that call, not a stat threshold. After that you're contractually committed for the year.

What happens if I want to leave?

Whenever the contract ends you get a full export of every page, photo, and post. Your pages keep resolving on your domain while you rehost or redirect so nothing breaks: 90 days at the end of a contract, 30 days on a pilot exit. After that you choose: rehost them yourself, stay on low-cost hosting with us, or move to an archive.

If you leave at the 60-day pilot mark, the pilot fee is non-refundable since it covers the work we put in, and you owe nothing on the remaining months.

Do I actually own the pages you make for me?

Yes, unconditionally. The pages live on your own domain from day one. The URLs, content, and any rankings they earn belong to your domain, not ours. We hand over a full export of the whole library on request, and you can take it anywhere.

What's actually included? What am I paying for?

Every tier includes the same thing: a project page on your domain for every completed job, GBP posts on a steady cadence from your real jobs, your team's approval before anything goes live, integration setup with your scheduling software, and Google Search Console and GBP linking. The tiers differ only in how many jobs a month are included at the base price.

SimplifyLocal builds pages from jobs you already completed: the real address, the real work performed, your crew's photos. It runs automatically every time a job closes, your approval takes about 30 seconds per page, and everything publishes on your own domain where you keep it.

Do I need a website already?

How long until I see results?

New pages typically show up in Google within days to a few weeks; established sites are often faster. Google doesn't commit to a timeframe and neither do we: no promised rankings, no promised traffic numbers. What compounds is volume, since every completed job adds another page to your site.

Won't AI-generated pages get me penalized by Google?

Accepted Answer

No. Every page is built from a real completed job: the actual address, the work your crew performed, your crew's photos. You review and approve the draft before anything goes live. That's what Google's helpful-content guidelines reward: local, specific, experiential content tied to real work.

What if I have more jobs than my tier covers?

Accepted Answer

Work continues without interruption: the cap is soft. Additional jobs are billed at your tier's overage rate at month end. If you're running 25%+ over your cap for three consecutive months, we'll flag it. An upgrade usually pencils out at that point.

What's the difference between paying annually and paying monthly?

How long does onboarding take?

About a half-day of your time across the first week or two: integration setup, Google Search Console and GBP linking, your first ten pages reviewed together, and page template tuning to your voice and service area. After that your only ongoing task is approving drafts, about 30 seconds per page, and your office manager can handle it.
